The location of the hotel was great and prime, on a main street.

Enjoyed its really helpful and superbly friendly staff.

Everything was perfectly fine, yet we stayed for 1 night only. The hotel had a decent location close to Cambrian Mall. You could walk to a shopping centre and a small shopping mall. In overall the room was a nice size and brand-new and with 2 single beds.

By and large, it was lovely base for sightseeing in Sault Ste. Marie, had much fun. Greatly enjoyed staying at the double room. The staff was affable and accommodating, the bathroom was clean. The location was central, next to restaurants, all attractions, and Ontario.

It was in a central setting in place.

The location was prime - near the trans canada highway as well as northern Ontario. Besides, this hotel was located 2 km away from Art Gallery of Algoma.

The room smelled clean, and it was a perfect spot for recharging during my road trip. The Bel-Air Motel even had a fantastic VHS collection that you can rent for free.

I felt at ease during my stay, and the staff were always willing to help with any issues I had, such as getting the TV to work.

Easy access in and out for tired travelers like us who want to sleep , comfortable, temp controlled, we enjoyed a nice long walk, hotel is close to street and sidewalks, sow we could walk before bed. Everything we needed for a quick early start in the morning was included in the room.

This hotel needs some rooms for non-smokers, as they are very sensitive to the smells held in the carpets.Also needs some handrails in the bathroom to assist people stepping in and out of the tub, nothing solid to hold on to and tub is slippery.Some rooms without wall-to-wall carpets would be great.

We were in a prime location not very far from Ermatinger House. Besides, it was short walk to drug store, and northern Ontario.

I thoroughly enjoyed it, recommendable. The location was great, the staff were very pleasant. I usually went to Popeye's Chicken to grab a bite.

I ate at a GREAT restaurant for dinner. I had a microwave oven and a refrigerator.

The motel was conveniently located, close to all attractions and right on the bus route. Our room was large, clean, and had everything we needed, including a coffee pot and a big fridge. The bathroom was sparkling clean. The owner was friendly and helpful, providing great service. We even received a voucher for free play at the nearby casino.

The walls were paper thin, and we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. They gave me great directions to a local grocery.
